Our Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and Nailz on the side studio.  **Booking a lesser service and expecting a greater service during your appointment is prohibited.  

**Your tech has the right to refuse services other than what you originally booked; which could carry over into the next clients time.

 **Your account may also be disabled from ever booking with us in the future.  We appreciate your patronage; however bad bookings affect our entire schedule for that day.  ALL SERVICES ARE TIME SENSITIVE!  PLEASE BOOK THE COMPLETE SERVICE OR SERVICES YOU DESIRE (COMBO LIST)  There is absolutely NO time for extras.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow Nailz on the side studio to:

• Cancel services without refunding deposits.  
• Change prices according to product cost
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts
