We value our clients, appreciate your business and respect your time.  Do to the recent volume of No call/No shows your time with us has been extremely limited because of lack of available appointments due to unkept bookings.  The booking app is setup to accommodate our clients availability, schedule at your convenience; however lately unkept appointments are keeping you from booking  times you may need.  These unkept appointments are also affecting our revenue.  Our new deposit policy will encourage more respect for everyone's time.  Effective  January 1, 2023 there will be a $15.00 deposit required to book all appointments, this fee goes toward your service when your appointments are kept.  Keep in mind, at the time of your service $14.00 will be discounted from your bill less the small processing fee.  This new policy is designed to discourage individuals from freely holding up times and days that is needed by others.  We apologize for the inconvenience for this necessary policy.  How it works:  Click on book with us, After selecting your service or combo services, a date and time, you will be prompt to submit your credit or debit $15 deposit only then will you be added to the schedule.  No deposit submitted,  No appointment honored.   You have the option to reschedule through your email confirmation by managing or editing your appointment within 2 hours before your booked appointment time; yes, your deposit will transfer. Sorry, absolutely NO appointments are initially booked in the salon; however we are there to assist you with rescheduling your already booked appointment.
