Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us 12-24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, however your deposit will transfer by rescheduling on the site, by managing your current appointment  We allow you a 15 minute grace period, your appointment cancels after 16 minutes of your scheduled time.  No call No shows will be required to pay a cancel risk deposit of $20 to book your next appointment and $10 will be credited to your service.  Check your confirmation email to manage your appointment.

Our hours have changed, we will be closed on Mon and Tues, however; we have extended our business hours for your convenience.  STUDIO POLICY:  No walk-ins at this time, all visitors must have an appointment; we will be glad to add you to any NO show or cancelled appointments when available.  You have the  courtesy of a 15 minute grace period, after 16 minutes your scheduled appointment will be cancelled due to heavy appointment request. Please cancel within 12-24 hours per our booking policy.

$15 booking fee

Welcome! to our online booking, select your desired services, to book multiple services select combos in our category drop down tab.   Once you confirm your selection you will receive an deposit e-mail; when your deposit is submitted through the e-mail you will be added to our schedule.  Remember to wear your mask when visiting our salon.  Multiple No call no show will result in your account being disabled.  **You can reschedule cancel through your confirmation e-mail.  Our goal is to accommodate serious bookings,  please be considerate and cancel within 12-24 hours.
