Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us 12-24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, however your deposit will transfer by rescheduling on the site, by managing your current appointment  We allow you a 15 minute grace period, your appointment cancels after 16 minutes of your scheduled time.  No call No shows will be required to pay a cancel risk deposit of $20 to book your next appointment and $10 will be credited to your service.  Check your confirmation email to manage your appointment.

Our hours have changed, we will be closed on Mondays only, however; we have extended our business hours for your convenience.  STUDIO POLICY:  No walk-ins at this time, all visitors must have an appointment; we will be glad to add you to any NO show or cancelled appointments when available.  You have the  courtesy of a 15 minute grace period, after 16 minutes your scheduled appointment will be cancelled due to heavy appointment request. Please cancel within 12-24 hours per our booking policy.
