Studio Policies

SAFETY

For both yours and our safety the studio doors stay locked at all times, there is usually one client per tech allowed at any time, no guess or children have access during your appointment. We are NO longer required to wear a face mask; however please use our hand sanitizer and complete the salon informed consent form.

SCHEDULING

ALL scheduled nail appointments have a 15 minute grace period, your appointment cancels after 16 minutes of your booked time. 15 minutes or more puts the tech 45 minutes behind schedule because of prep time and final application, 45 minutes into the next clients time is unacceptable. All appointments cancel automatically after 15 minutes of the time you booked.

Cancellations

There are no timely cancellations for your tech, please note that each appointment time given could be used by other clients.  24 hours or better is needed to fill cancelled appointments.  Therefore deposits are non-refundable you will be required to book new  appointments. 

Scheduled services

Our services are list by the time it takes to provide them.  You must schedule your services from our combo list.  You cannot book a simple service and expect deluxe services; your time will not permit extras.  Because there will be a client booked closely after you.  BOOK EXACTLY WHAT SERVICE YOU DESIRE! 

BOOKING SERVICES

Booking multiple services require you to use the combo drop down to book more than one service. You cannot book a single service and put in the notes that you want additional services. Our scheduling system allows a specific amount of time per service. Prep time + procedure + finishing time. No time for add ons! Please use Combo drop down tab
